Oh Boy!

After almost three years of motherhood I have started to get the hang of child rearing; I can give false choices (would you like to eat your dinner or go to bed?), I can bathe two at once, I can even clean poop off diapers.

So when I became pregnant with the third, I figured that we'd just add one more to the equation (plus a little household help) and life would continue on.  Then I got an ultrasound while visiting my parents.

At least I'll have household help to clean up the inevitable disasters.

COngrats!!! A boy to add to the mix. Boys are great!!! I promise, despite the added destruction, they are tons of fun!!!

Now you can have fire trucks and dinosaurs and froggies and doggies! Woohoo! They tend to be a LOT messier during diaper changes, though.

That's the way to do it, two girls then a boy!

Congratulations! My only piece of advice is to keep his goods covered while changing diapers. Otherwise you've got a miniature sprinkler system on your hands. I've learned my lesson.

Congrats! I'm so excited you guys are having a boy! Now there will be even numbers of boys and girls among the Sherwood grand kids!

just keep a washcloth over his little weener while you change him and no worries!

Something moms of only girls don't know: boy diapers are WAY easier to change. Maybe they seem frightening at first. And the first month or two there's the whole pee spray thing, but that doesn't last long. And messy diapers...so much easier. Maybe I am biased because I had a boy first, then a girl. But really, trust me. It's so much easier.

Also, boys are pretty much awesome in general. I love my little boy.
